These terms cover booking and receiving mobile detailing services from Mac's Mobile Detailing LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company operating in Ocean County and the surrounding area.
Booking online reserves a specific window on our schedule. We'll confirm by text. We come to you, so we need an accurate address and reasonable access to the vehicle.
By booking you agree to receive text messages from Mac's Mobile Detailing about your appointment: confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and a follow-up after service. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will always tell you before doing any work that costs more than what you booked.
Prices shown at booking cover a vehicle in ordinary condition. Excessive pet hair, sand, mould, biohazards, or heavily soiled interiors take substantially longer and may carry an additional charge. If we find that on arrival, we'll show you, quote you, and let you decide before starting. New Jersey sales tax is added to all services.
Let us know as early as you can and there's no charge. We may also need to reschedule ourselves, usually for weather, since much of this work can't be done properly in rain or freezing conditions. We'll always text you.
We take care of your vehicle as if it were ours, and we're licensed and insured. That said, detailing can reveal pre-existing damage that was hidden under dirt — scratches, chips, failing clear coat, previous poor repairs. Revealing something is not the same as causing it. If you believe we've damaged something, tell us before we leave so we can look at it together.
We can't guarantee removal of every stain, odour, scratch or defect. Some damage is permanent regardless of technique. We'll tell you honestly what we think is achievable before we start.
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card through Square, cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.
