This policy explains what we collect when you book a detail with us, why we collect it, and what we do and don't do with it.
When you book an appointment, on our website or by talking to us, we collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give us one, the address where the vehicle will be, and the services you booked along with any notes about the vehicle. We keep a record of the work we've done for you so we know your vehicle's history next time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personally identifiable information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used to service your appointment and nothing else.
By booking, you agree to receive text messages from us about your appointment only: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, a notice if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, a thank-you after the job which may ask for a review, and a reply if you call or text us. We never send marketing texts.
Message frequency: up to 5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment — call us at (732) 614-8995 if you need to change it.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We take payment through Square. Card details go directly to Square and are never seen or stored by us. Square's own privacy policy governs that information.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they only ever see what they need to do their job:
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would only disclose it if we were legally required to.
We keep your customer record and service history for as long as you're a customer, because it makes the work better next time. Ask us to delete it and we will, apart from anything we're required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
